GAPS Intro Meal Plans, Stages 1-6

My stage meal plans for the stages 1-6, I have allowed 1 week per stage, you, of course, can choose to take longer or shorter, depending on your restrictions and your body. I have found that my family loves breakfast meatballs and when you find something that your family enjoys and are happy to eat, go with it! I also find having protein for breakfast is helpful in carrying everyone over until lunch. Lunch is a soup with some form of protein, whether it be poached chicken or some other meal from the night before’s dinners to act as a replacement for bread as well as filling everyone up. All mornings should start with  will start with room temp mineral water, with ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) or lemon juice.
